It's like a guy who is being punished as an angel or
Something and he can see and feel the dead persons life and pain.
It comes out of their mouths I think.
Something like that.

The green mile has a guy who can heal and has what looks like flys coming out of his mouth when he cures them. Probably not what you're looking for though.
