I'm looking for a title of a movie that came out either in the 70s or 80s. It's about a drag racer who owned a Chrysler Willys with a hemi and he would race against some guy who owned a Chevelle, which had alot of money into it. The Chevelle guy was worried about getting beat again by the Willys, so he stole the Chrysler car and blew up its engine in order to win the upcoming final race. So the Chrysler guy went and stole an engine from a police car so he could participate in the final race.
