From IMDb:
Two tapes, two Parisian mob killers, one corrupt policeman, an opera fan, a teenage thief, and the coolest philosopher ever filmed all twist their way through an intricate and stylish French-language thriller.
Sadly looks a little dated in places now and the hitmen really are little more than caricatures, however I'll always crush a little on Wilhelmenia Fernandez whilst watching (which helps makes the in-film obsession believable) and even though I'm not a fan of operatic singing in general I think the piece at the centre of proceedings is perfectly chosen and accessible even to degenerates like me. The plot may feel a little over-the-top whilst imo the visuals try just a little too hard to be stylish but for me it still remains an entertaining enough, visually enjoyable affair.
