Hi all. Maybe somebody saw movies: 50/50 , war dogs. Looking for similar movies, drama with a little comedy, like 50/50. Have to propose something?

Well, I would recommend Juno. It is a great little film that covers a serious subject using a light and natural tone. I think you might like it.
On the other hand, since you seem to love Joseph Gordon-Levitt, give 500 Days of Summer a try. It's a cool flick that reminds me a lot of the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, which should already be in your watchlist, to be honest.
As for anything else, well, you will have to be a bit more specific. Combination of drama and comedy (dramedy) is quite common in film world so you need to narrow it down a bit.
