Do you know this movie????

it's about a boy,maybe 12yrs old, that has a terminal disease, i think it's AIDS. he meets this woman(i think she's a hooker) that's addicted to drugs, and he decides to tag along her side.

anyhow, this boy is under the custody of the state, and he has be found soon, because he needs treatment.

if you can tell me the name of this movie, i wi'll be very very happy.

Hmm... This sounds like an interesting movie...

Bellaco mentioned a 12 year old boy, but the plot description on the link mentions a "railway station gay", these movies may have similar plots or Bellaco just got the approximate age wrong.
