MCU Fantastic Four - Friday 13th July 2018

Marvel have just announced they have the rights back to the Fantastic Four.


CEO Jim Gianopulos said he is 'saddened that my company have let the fans down and we have been faced with no other option but to return the rights'.

Matt Shakman is set to direct the MCU Fantastic 4 movie with a release date set for February 14, 2025. Interesting possible casting: Adam Driver is in final talks to play Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic

So Krasinski's out? Shame.

No Jessica Alba? Much shame.

Krasinki only played a "version" of the character in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. It was never confirmed he would be the MCU Mr. Fantastic.

The team will be completely different cast compared to the 2005 and 2016 versions.

Mila Kunis met with director Matt Shakman in February and it is causing spec she may possibly play Susan Storm-Richards

Please no. No offense against Mila, but she's as wrong for the part as Jessica Alba.

Three other names have been rumored for Susan Storm: Vanessa Kirby, Jodie Comer, and Alison Williams.

Mila Kunis said she is not going to be part of Fantastic 4, but she knows who is being offered the roles but out of respect will keep mum.
