The movie has this underlying theme about injustice and the gods getting angry and eventually causing trouble for the wicked when things are pushed too far. I believe it's from after 2000. I should remember more exactly because there was this wonderful scene where the main character and friends gather for a picnic or something where they shoot to pieces pictures of Russian politicians from long ago and up until today.
