My life isn't written very well.
Nice Kong.

I'm going through a horror movie stage right now. I'm expanding my horror collection to include all 70's horror and early to mid 80's horror. So today I got:

Tourist Trap
Watcher in the Woods
Friday the 13th V--A New Beginning
Jason Goes to Hell

A novel adaptation.
Cowboy Bebop: Knocking on Heaven's Door

I'm stating for the record that I greatly prefer subtitling over dubbing. I'm sure any sane person will agree with me, especially after watching clips from the dubbed version on this DVD.

Punch Drunk Love

No commentary. No f*cking commentary. He was already far behind on my list of favorite Anderson's, and he's dropping quite quickly.

Lost in La Mancha

I had lot's of fun finding this one in stores.
So much fun in fact, I almost got in a fist fight with a local store clerk. Considering though that he was at least 15 years my senior, and that I doubt any jury would understand, I'm glad this didn't come to fisticuffs.
I would have kicked his ass though.

On an off note, when did the Ayatollah stop caring about Salman Rushdie?

I think I'm kinda sane, mostly, and I LIKED the dub on Cowboy BeBop: Knocking on Heaven's Door. (This could also be that my eye sight is going bad and now my glasses need glasses.... )

Just got:

King of The Hill season one box

I had not yet seen Spirited Away when I bought it, and I'm glad. I love being able to buy something that I haven't seen and then give it a an A+++. It makes me feel as though I have some taste...

But... What if the fact that you bought it influenced what you thought of it? Maybe you subconciously decided to love it so that you wouldn't feel like a loser for wasting $20 on a hunk of crap. Then again, Spirited Away is empiracally wonderfull film so this idea doesn't really apply in this case, but do you think it could in others?

Predator
Species
Children of Dune
Final Destination 2
