Lawless (2012)

Hello all,

This is an excellent movie. The plot is fairly simple but if you consider the fact that this is somebody's true story it's OK.

Casting is done well and the scenes have the true 20-30's feel in them.

Go and watch in the cinema... Or by a DVD.

Looking forward to seeing it; heard it was pretty violent?

There was some splatter yes. Within acceptable limits I would say.

I'm waiting for the blu-ray now, missed it at my cinema but can't wait to see it, love Jessica Chastain but heard the women are wasted in this film and don't have much to do?

I totally agree. This may sound chauvinistic but the movie could have been better without the main women characters. It felt like they were written in just because there must be a female character(s)...
