old shipboard movie - tiitle forgotten

Appealing to members expertise: There is an old (british?) film, 1950's maybe 1940's that I have been trying to locate. It takes place on a passenger ship. One ongoing joke in the film is four men playing bridge throughout the film. The only way they know what port they are in is that one of them is always seasick and whenever he sticks his head out a porthole to upchuck, he comes back to the table and says something like "We are in ______."

p.s. It was B&W not color.

Sounds like a carry on film

That sounds a lot like a British comedy The Captain's Table (1959).

I don't recall it necessarily being a comedy. The 4 bridge players might have been comic relief.

The Captain's Table (1959)
I watched the trailer. That is not it........

smaller ship. perhaps a passenger-freighter. Also, it was B&W not color.

If you find out what it is post the title here, I'd like to watch it.
