Arizona Dream
is easily my favorite movie of his and although I've never seen a really horrible Johnny Depp performance, Ed Wood is his best. He's generally good in everything he does and I love that he mixes it up and isn't afraid to take risks. The only time he's out of his element is when he tries playing any kind of straight character like the dude from Nick of Time. Other than that, though, I think he's pretty much got this acting thing down. There aren't a lot of actors who are more fun to watch onscreen than Depp. Plus, he's just a really cool guy and the fact that he's a favoirte of Terry Gilliam makes me like him all the more.
