Help identify this 70's werewolf movie

Hi,
Trying to remember this old 70's werewolf movie. May have been made for TV, very low-budget.

I remember during the movie a bunch of hippies/bible-thumpers accidently back their VW van into a giant cross, breaking it, leaving the bottom of it sticking out of the ground.

Then at the end of the movie, the werewolf falls onto the cross. And the werewolf looked more like a terrier than a wolf. ehehehe

Any ideas?

I found it. It was "The Boy that cried Werewolf" (1973)

Good....I was racking my brains trying to think of it until I scrolled down and found you had already found it . Oh well it was the thought that counts right?
