Title Of An Ocean Thriller...Or Something Like That.

I'm searching for a film that I discovered many years ago and kinda enjoyed. It was a thriller film in which a group of friends meet up and go on a yacht (or boat) trip. However they all fall out of the boat (or are stuck out) for some reason and must get back in the boat, some drown, some try to swim back to land and some desperately try to get back in. The only other details I can recall are that the main character has a baby on board the boat, the guy that owns the boat is a fraud and only rented it or something to impress his friends. Google hasn't helped me find the movie...maybe you can? What do you say? Do you know this movie?

Reading the plot, a baby is left on board while everyone is trying to get back to the boat, and there is a friend trying to impress his friends by saying he owns the boat in this film too.
