First off, I'm a guy and the only reason I went to see this movie is because I thought it was a thriller. I had gone to see Blow when they showed the preview for Angel Eyes and from that I gathered there was SOME romance in it, but that it was a thriller.
Anyway, if you like sappy love stories, by all means, go see this. But the reason I don't like it is because almost every other movie that comes out today is a love story. What happened to the good stuff like Die Hard and Seven?
I thought that the story would build up to the point where Jennifer Lopez finds out the guy she's in love with is a psycho, but it turns out he's just a guy with a troubled past. Well, everything is lovey dovey and all works out in the end. Ugghh.
