When it was all over I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory."

Grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania, far eastern end of the state, touching New Jersey (well, touching the Delaware River, which touches New Jersey).
Home of:
-- the oldest flag in the nation
-- the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence (July 8, 1776)
-- famed boxer Larry "The Easton Assassin" Holmes
-- Binney & Smith, the Crayola factory (where both Yoda's grandmother and I used to work)
Yeah, exciting.
I now live in the western end of the state, in Beaver County, in a little neighborhood called Hunkey Alley ("hunkey" was what they used to call slavic/ethnic steel workers a century ago).
