What boggles me is how I can't seem to find an answer to my trivia question in an Internet search.
After several tries using different wording, the TV series "Mama" never once came up (if that is indeed the first TV series adapted from a movie).
Now, the question in reverse... what was the first motion picture on the big screen that was adapted from a TV series?
