This flick had one of the most impressive neck-opening shots I have ever seen. It was deliciously gruesome.

I thought the movie was alright. I mean Jack The Ripper was a slick rick. I believe he was royalty in disguise.
I do agree that it dragged at some points and it was odd that Johnny Depp was in a similar type of movie in Sleepy Hollow
