Please help me find the name of this movie or tv show

Hey guys! I'm trying to find this specific movie or tv show I'm not sure which. I saw a scene from it from when I was really young, so my description can be a bit finicky. All I remember is this one scene where they pin this girl down and hold lighter or some object up to her face and she starts freaking out, and her face begins to melt off forming a white puddle on the floor. Also, there's a part where another girls decapitated head is moving around very similar to the head crab from the "The Thing." Thanks guys for the help!

No, it isn't Silent Hill. I have that movie lol. Thank you for helping. I guess the closest thing I can compare it to would be the movie called "The Faculty." I believe it had a similar premise, if that helps. But, thank you again for trying!

Neither of those are it, but thank you guys so much for helping. I believe it was made in the 90's or early 2000's. It looked like they were visiting a college campus or high school of some sorts, like I said the closest thing I can compare it to was "The Faculty.'' I remember the girl who was exposed to the lighter and subsequently melted was caucasian and had blonde hair if that helps. Thank you guys for helping, I really appreciate the help.
