I only saw that movie once when it was in theatres, but the art style/the main guy's hair is very recognizable. I knew it the second I saw that picture haha.

I think this might actually be too hard. Here are some unsolicited clues to help: the film is Australian. It was very low budget and is the sort of thing you'd see in my review thread. The actor is someone I've mentioned on this forum before.

Another clue because I clearly chose a film that's too obscure: the actor in that image was in one of the shows nominated for the first TV Tournament. Since all the info is in the same thread, while you're there you should vote in the current quarter-finals match-ups if you're able to.

I knew picking this movie was a bad idea. Here are some more clues:

The actor from this movie and that tv show passed away a few years ago, RIP.
