Editing titles

I'm trying to edit the title of my quiz league thread and it says it's changed then it doesn't change when you view it.

Anyone able to change permissions to allow title editing?

You can PM me a link to the thread and the title that you want and I can change it for you.

Thanks very much. Only thing is, I may need to change it every week with the updated questions status.
