Willow is an awesome film (cant believe it flopped so bad).. That was a time when Ron Howard made great films!!
Now he only seems to be eyeing the oscars..

can you guys still remember Guyver: Dark Hero ? half man half alien, all hero

how can i forget this movie...it was the *****, for me atleast - it revolutionized fighting scenes and sequences, other movies only had the usual fist fights at the time around 1994....man

I know Scarface was up there, Mission Impossible II, Gremlins 2, probably Power Rangers: The Movie as well. More stuff around that calibre, thank god for progress

Can't think of anything outstanding besides Star Wars and My Neighbor Totoro. I didn't "get" Totoro back then, but it made me feel feelings I had never felt before. Mononoke did the same thing.

I haven't watched the original Star Wars trilogy in over 3 years now, I think.

Oh yeah, I also loved that movie Star Gate.

The Abyss as well. I still like that movie.

I would have to say Secret of the Nymph and Neverending Story

I assume that's The Secret of NIMH, which is indeed a great, smart children's film.

Yes. That's a wonderful movie for adults too.

Aye, I should have said that. Absolutely. I own a copy and remember, as a kid, thinking that it was interesting and mysterious and encouraging me to think about it, rather than patronizing me. It still has that lovely, weird feeling of mystery to me, years later.

I also have the DVD and I'm a heck of a lot older than you!
