lookin for a movie

hi, im looking for a movie i watched about a year or two ago, about these two young boys, who were being abused by their step father, and these 2 boys were making a small plane from old engine parts, they made part of this from one of those red pull along things like in the movie 'dennis',...
this is all i can remember about this movie, if any1 has any questions about the movie i can try and answer questions if anymore info is needed...
