The Best Villain

You can say who your favorite villian is or you can say who you favorite actor is who is known for being one scary mother f***er when he plays a bad guy.

My all time favorite is Hannibal Lector. He always escapes and he is able to always sweet talk his victims into submission before he butchers them, and I find him kinda scary and some times a little disturbing but I like him in the movie Hannibal and in Red Dragon.
