Scarface an Alexander ripoff?

But in the scope of stroy telling there are only 7 different types of stories. Just all worded and told differently.

Example: Phantom of the Opera, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, Similar stories within the Bible.

They all tell and share the same story. Just made up differently.
