Finally someone agrees with me. Judging by the trailer it looks as though it lost its "survival horror" feel, which made the first one so damn cool. Looks like they're going to be running around the city for 90 minuts with Milla Jovovich showing off her legs and throwing a forgettable one-liner here and there.

If you don't already know, Resident Evil didn't do the best at box office. It didn't even debut at #1 opening weekend at the Box Office. The movie was VERY awesome (to me), but the trailer was probably not good enough for the common audience. The Resident Evil: Apocalypse looks more rocked-out, definitely has more effects, but it does loose it's "survival horror" feel, so I will give you that. I'm expecting great outcomes for this movie.
