Um, I remember something about this vaugely. Some virus or bug or something?

Dunno about a virus, but this strip was more about how a DivX player connected itself to the internet when you slept and did all sorts of stuff on its own. These guys have an ongoing joke that its an evil machine with a mind of its own.

Man I love Penny Arcade. You gotta be a nerd to get half the jokes, but their so damn funny. Highlight of my recent weeks was yesterday when I got bored and decided to send one of the writers an email. All the Email said was Subject: Hey. Then in the body "Hows it going?". I was extremely surprised to get an almost email back that just said "not so bad". We emailed back and forth several times. Made my day. To me, those guys are like Celebrities!!

This is showing as a broken link for me, but I think I know what it is. I have a bulletin board at work that has a lot of this stuff on it. Everyone at Sony/Warner Brothers is convinced that Divx was really a Russian tactic to bring down Hollywood. lol. Those silly Russians. lol. Seriously though, Divx gave all of us at work a hearty laugh when it came and went.
