its up to the studio to prove he cost them money, or was derrilic in his duties as per his employment contract.

If he was good to go as needed, and there wasn't a morality clause for his away from work time, then the studio is on the hook.

They will settle this out of court and it is definitely not a slam dunk for the studio and network.

I wouldn't take bets on it, but I wouldn't be surprised if Sheen gets hired back.

They'll probably recast (as the property is too valuable to just bin) and then, depending on how the audience respond, there may be a reunion once Sheen gets sorted out/decides to go back.

Whoever replaces him though is going to be a model professional.

You never know when they are going off the rails. Sheen had a good rep until this show. Some of these actors are secret addicts, but at some point it catches up with them.

What do you mean "a good rep"? Sheen's not doing anything now that he's not been doing for the vast majority of his life. It just seems that he's stepped up the dosage and is ill now. Remember, he didn't turn up for work unable to work or miss days.

I've got nothing against him personally, and I am a fan of him as an actor, but I why am I hating on this show, and so very glad it bombed?

Because of the tens of thousands of talented and hard working professional performers, musicians, etc. out there fighting just to get a small fraction of the audience he does for being a media train wreck. His "show" is all about showcasing the latest twitter hysteria, bluster and ego with little to no real content. Same reason Snooki gets more for a personal appearance than a Pulitzer-Prize winning author.

I get caught up in all this hoopla too, being a normal boneheaded American, but I've also seen Ben Vereen on Broadway. There's an infinite difference man. The term "winning" has been rudely and violently prostituted by this transparent monetizing actor.

Stick to films Charlie, I'll watch you, but stay the hell off the stage, will ya?

My advice is forget about the stage show by spending time with a nice porn actress or ex Heffner mistress.

That liiks like an SNL skit. The only difference unlike SNL these days, that was funny. The interviewer was hilarious too, with that get me outta her look. They shoud hire him back, but don't write him a script. He is much funnier on his own.

I got hosed good. Sheen was spoofing himself. But Andrea Canning was the original footage and still looks like an idiot.

Re: the show bombing. I'm glad because any audience that turned up to see him deserved it. If only the parasites promoting it/him could've been fleeced.

In the beginning of Two and a Half Men it was very entertaining. The young son was hilarious when he was young and not huge. Charlie Sheen has really just gone completely nuts and his career is slowly headed down the shitter.

Did he really have much of a career? He was in Two and a Half Men, yeah, but the only film I know he's done is Wall Street, which was over twenty years ago.

On a personal level, I hope he gets himself together because it's not nice to watch someone destroy themselves, unless they are truly evil. But as for his career, I could care less.
