OK, so there was this horror movie that my older cousin watched once when I was younger. It must've come out in the early 2000's, maybe even the late 90's.
I think the movie's premise was about a family that moved into a creepy house, and I remember the father had cut his hand or his finger off with a knife. There were also 3 creepy little girls with pigtails, that IIRC lived in black and white pictures and had completely black, heavily shadowed eyes. I remember it really scaring me, so I'd like to see it again.
