Movie about a couple that ends up with final issues

Like the title say I don't remember if the guy's job was something related to newspaper or news but the point is that he lose his job and they have to sell like the tv and make really low-pay jobs to mantain the family. It's a comedy and there was this baby-sitter with a cuban accent and the little boy of the couple have it too. Hope you understand something
