"Honor is not in the Weapon. It is in the Man"

After work is complete on It: Chapter Two, Andy Muschietti will be directing a US-made adaptation of the Kodansha manga title Attack on Titan, which has since become a successful anime series and a mixed-reviewed two-part film saga in Japan in 2015.

David Heyman, Barbara Muschietti, and Masi Oka will be producing the US remake, as after a year and half of negotiations, Kodansha has closed a deal with Warner Bros. to make a US version of the Hajime Isayama creation.

“I was cured, all right!”
Another reason for me to worry.
The japanese live action adaptation was a piece of crap, but what about the anime? It's great, so we already have one adaptation, we don't need another one — the manga is great too.

I was skeptical at first too, but Muschietti's record has been pretty good (Mama and It). So with him at the helm, I have a little faith.

skeptical as always and consider i'd seen IT before, muschietti isnt really an interesting pick imo . wonder how much this one will butchered "everything" the original , just cant help to compare this since me already invested some time with the franchise
