i can't seem to remember the name of this movie i saw, say 10 yrs ago. it was about 2 young sisters that live on a military base. at the end one of the sisters is dead and the other gets on a plane and while taking off she has a gun in her hand. they attend some kind of party or dance. there is a guy in the movie that befriends them. they play some kind of game with him and one gets to kiss him and the other gets jelous
