Movie where man says, "You're gonna be decent to your mother, Jenny."

Can anyone tell me who these actors are or what this movie is called? It looks like it might be from the 1960s. The man says something like, "You're gonna be decent to your mother, Jenny. You're not leaving here."

Here I've attached screenshots of each of the actors.

"Money won is twice as sweet as money earned."

My flatmate said that looks like a young Warren Beatty. Probably a good place to start at least in your search?

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
Splendor in the Grass. Barbara Loden (she plays Ginny, not Jenny) and Warren Beatty.

"Film is a disease. When it infects your bloodstream it takes over as the number one hormone. It bosses the enzymes, directs the pineal gland, plays Iago to your psyche. As with heroin, the antidote to Film is more Film." - Frank Capra

Aha, that's it! Thank you everyone for your help!!
