Hes a cool wushu master. hes my second idol, and I love all his movies? Who all likes Jet Li?

hey I'm trained in ju-jitsu and some kung fu. I'd be dead right now. Yeah I've heard that during kiss of the dragon they had to slow down the fight scene where those two twins were fighting Jet Li.

I'm also learning how to rip off peoples ears with a good grip and a fast whipping action. Its hard to protect yourself when you are a nerd. My goal is to be trained in 5 different types of martial arts by 18. I'm at 3, but it gets worse. trying to remember all those moves.

Jet is good, i could enjoy watching his movies in mute his acting has a lot to be desired, yet his moves are impressive. I am more of a Jackie Chan fan as he is more of an actor than "master".

I wouldnt bother trying to learn more than two martial arts as it is a conflict of technique, and thats what its about technique not "moves" as you put it.

Well I was referring to the moves in the specific type of technique, but I guess I could have worded it different. Anyway, hes a great idol. my first is Herodotus, forgive the spelling, not the member, the ledgend. third is Ghengis Kahn, fourth is Alexander the Great, and fifth, General Erwin Rommel. Odd combo eh?

Jet Li is alright but Jackie chan is better, he's funny and does all his own stunts.

Notorious, you idolize men of tyranny? How can you idolize the Desert Fox Rommel, as brilliant a war tactician he was, how can you favor a man who sided with Adolf Hitler?

Temu-jin aka Jenghiz Khan was another great military strategist as well as Alexander the Great.

Couldn't you like idolize someone patriotic to the greater good like General George Catlett Marshall, the first decorated 5-star general or maybe John Joseph Pershing, the only supreme General of the Armies?

I idolize Rommel because his tactics atsoundish me. He was against hitler in any way. Gengis Kahn, he lead his horde into the dead hand of Europe, he is a great idol. frutcake, Jackie Chan is dumb, all his own stunts? wow, Jet Li, sure he doesn't do his own stunts but his movies actually show people getting hurt. Rather than them having tea for about 40 minutes. Bruce Lee, now hes cool, horrible dubbing, non-stop JKD.

What are you talking about?!? Did you not see him in The One with Carla Gugino? Their chemistry was something Jackie Chan could never do! And in his movies from China, his characters have some depth. Don't get me wrong, Chan is cool and funny, but you have to give props to Jet Li's acting ability as well.


You think Jet Li doesn't do his own stunts?!? Dude, know what you're talking about before you start bashing a bad a** like Jet Li.
