Who do you guys consider a better actor- Steve Buscemi or John Turturro?

They are both very good actors, but I would have to go with Buscemi.

id have to say steve buscemi, he has the ability to make all his characters likeable and cool even if theyre not supposed to be and he's a better supporting actor than john turturro as he has the ability to carry a sideline story and fit well with other characters. plus his eyes always manage to humour me! yeh, steve man

That's a hard one, but as I thought about it, it became clear to me:

Steve Buscemi will always be your quintessential slimeball; John Turturro does a variety of roles, which can include slimeball.

So for versatility's sake: Johnny boy.

JT no contest...

He is simply one of the most talented actors of this generation.

From his performance in "Do the Right Thing" to his stunningly understated "Barton Fink" this guy elevates every single film he is in.

IMO both are great, I have to give a slight nod to Buscemi. Many of Turturro's roles seem to be so similar to each other. Don't get me wrong, Turturro is great at what he does but Buscemi seems to show a little more range.

Both are great actors, easily capable of being leading men if Hollywood wasn't so vain. Turturro is great in Miller's Crossing and the Big Lebowski, while Buscemi is always watchable, great to see him in the Sopranos.
