There's a ~7 people gang travelling through america(?) looking for gladiator fights. Landscape is like madmax 3.
In those fights 'runner' from the gladiator team should stick lambs head through a pole at the enemy territory. One round takes as long as counter can toss 100 stones to a metal plate.
Final fight is held at a city below ground somewhere. They travel to it with an elevator and the elevator ride takes like 10h or so.
Main character looks something like rutger hauer and he loses an eye at the second las fight or so.
