How many movies have you ever watched?

We've watched enough films that we have a sort of expertise is with the grammar of cinema. We may not have the vocabulary. We probably could not produce similar effects ourselves if we were given a camera. Nevertheless, we have a bizarre sort of expertise having lived such a large portion of our lives in this sort of dream space.
