European film about girl and kidnapper..?

Hello! Please help me with the name of a European film. The plot: on the road edit blond girl on a good car. Voice of the young people. She stops. He throws her out of the car and leaves her. Climb she can not (the lower part of the body she was paralyzed). She is the daughter of a millionaire, but my own father does not like her because of disability. I've made some intelligent (hahaha!) assumptions regarding the plot. It does feature a handicapped kidnap victim, organs and some other bits, don't know about the rest.
