If you think it's funny to be "annoying," then it's fine, but everyone is annoying sometimes. I guess the best thing to do is acknowledge it and laugh about it!

To clarify: I meant that rather than for anyone to think, "Ohmigawd I must be so annoying," it's better to just realize that every human in the world will bother someone else at some point, so yes, joking about it like @Jase is doing is the best way to approach it instead of beating oneself up.
