Movie with Big Nose outside of building

I can remember a movie which this guy worked at some sort of company with a big nose infront of the building. It was made early to mid 90's. I think they sold q-tips, scratch and sniff products, or something else relating to the nose.

I know this isn't really helping anyone but there aren't that many movies where there is a big nose infront of a building.

That makes me think of the movie "Bethoven" sp? (sorry) Charles Grodin's character was going to merge with another company led by a character protrayed by actor David Duchovny...gosh I hope I got this right.

I really believe you have the right answer. I own this, but it may be packed away with the other 4 plus thousand VHS that I decided to get out of my way. I'll go look in a bit.
