A movie about a couple who have a very active sex life. Name please?

I am trying to remember the name of a specific movie. Hope you lovely people can help.

A movie about a couple who have a very active sex life. They have to keep trying more adventurous ideas to keep it interesting.

In one scene they recreate being farm animals and the lady gets annoyed with the man saying it’s not working.

The man begins to treat the lady badly and hurts her.

There is a scene where she flirts with a black man in a club and the boyfriend leaves pissed off.

In the end, I THINK but not sure, the man become disabled and the woman gets her own back on the man who is reliant on her.

The lady speak English with a accent. The man is American.

Any ideas of the name?

What I always find amusing is, everyone seems to remember that sex scene where she makes him wear a pig mask, which isn’t even technically a sex scene.
