True Life Stories that should be movies

That it's not a mystery. Still could be an interesting movie though.

It is not known. An avalanche is a possible explanation, but there are also many fascinating theories. An avalanche would not make things interesting.

Not to nit pick but the term 'theory' is incorrect. The actual term would be speculation. That's how it goes in science.

For example my car got wet even though it didn't rain, 'I suspect alien gray water' That's speculation.

I know how it goes in science. I don't want to start a useless argument so I'll just restate my opinion if I wasn't clear. The possible explanations for the deaths would make for a much more interesting movie than an avalanche. The Dyaltov Pass has many cool possibilities it can go in, so using an avalanche would be a waste of time, IMO.
