Rush Hour 2 quote

I was wondering if anyone knew the mean or translation of the word Giaca, Chris Tucker says it in Rush Hour 2 in reference to Godzilla just wondering is it a direct translation to Godzilla?

So this could have been improv gone wrong and they kept it anyway?

I don't remember it myself because except for the original film all I've seen are about 15 Godzilla movies dubbed into English. I think what Tucker said was what was intended for a laugh, but I don't think it matters whether it's Japanese or dubbed English.. I can't vouch for the answer in the other link. Sorry if that's not helpful.
