Ham, pepperoni, tomato, olives, rocket, chilli, garlic.

Tonight I had: Grilled Flathead fish with salt & Pepper, grilled asparagus marinated with oyster sauce, steamed broccoli and boiled (chicken stock) brown rice.

Russians eat this dried russian fish thing they eat called Taranka (BTW don't type that into Google or you'll see a pretty messed up picture, fair warning) anyways haven't had it awhile but it's so good. I encourage everyone to try it. Americans tend to not like the smell though

Try Tuna with salad or boiled eggs with asparagus marinated with oyster sauce and grill it for 3/4 mins.

I had to buy the McRib. They haven't been available for a year and I love them. And I had a hankering for beer as well.

It's easy to do it yourself - the ribs. Marinate over night and bake it for whatever the oven you have.

I just started using this app to lose some pounds yesterday. Interesting new way to look at what I eat. Gonna have to trade in some exercise for calories later today!
