Sweet list. Question though, how do you make most of your film purchases? Do you buy mostly from stores or through online websites like Amazon?

I bought most of them on amazon.ca (waiting for the price of each movie to be at their lowest) to be sure of that I go on Blu-ray.com

I bought some of them at stores like Best Buy or Future Shop (like 4,5 movies not more)

I bought all my criterion and more rare films (diner de cons, judgment at Nuremberg, etc.) on a canaidan website called kijiji.

Yes. I find Vertigo quite dull. Watchable, I suppose, but dull, while North By Northwest is just crap. I know, but I don't really care much for Hitchcock.

Than you most dislike thrillers haha to me North by Northwest is amongst the most entertaining movie ever.

As for Vertigo it's more a psycological film so I see what you mean, but I obviously disagree haha

Psycho is brilliant. Rear Window I've not seen for many years, but the last time I watched it I didn't enjoy it too much. North By Northwest has any chance I have of liking it ruined by its score which I find far too bombastic to the point of the comical.

I think I used to like Hitchcock films more when I was a kid. That's not to say they're for children, of course, merely a statement of fact. For the record, the only Hitchcock films I really like a lot, atm, are; Psycho, Frenzy, Rope, The Trouble With Harry and Shadow Of A Doubt and I quite like Lifeboat (though I get a little bored towards the end) and Rebecca too. The last time I saw Dial M For Murder I liked it a lot more than I had before.
