Wasn't really sure where to post this but this seems like the most suitable place. I started a Facebook group a few weeks ago called the Multiplex Complaints Commission. The group for all those who are sick of their local cinema multiplexes and their disregard of their customers and movie lovers.
Whether the complaints be about the picture or sound quality, the atmosphere of your local multiplex or even ways you may have been treated by staff or fellow film goers that have been ignored then you can post all complaints here.
Just tell me where and when this happened and we'll try and get things done and change the cinema experience for the better!
