Murder/Mystery Movie Help

This is a very vague question I know. This movie either came out in the 90's or up to now. There are a lot of twists and turns. People get killed throughout over I think treasure or money. It is a modern story. At the end of the movie a couple is on a yacht sharing champagne, when suddenly the man is poisoned from drinking the champagne. I think Bill Murray may have had a small bit in the movie.
