I think this is a silly thread, but I also certainly thought that Zhang became an "international star" after Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Zhang Ziyi is beautiful!! Having said that I think there are far more underrated actresses on our little planet. Samantha Morton is one, not even her roles in John Carter has made her into a massive star, probably because the film flopped so bad, although I quite enjoyed it. Watch her in Synecdoche, New York.
