I also have Kazaa Lite which is just Kazaa 2.0 (updated from previous version) and I download mostly music. If I download any type of video, it's usually an episode of a TV show now and then. I even saw Signs 2 weeks before it came out. .

I have had Kazaa for 3 years + and no problem .

Has anyone got any information on how the plans to stop file sharing piracy have moved on?

I use kazaa lite, ad-ware, a firewall and an anti virus program. Can they get past all of this ???

I personally hope they don't get rid of Kazaa (Lite). That's the only place I get my music from.

If they wanted to, i believe they could! they arent getting rid of Kazaa, not yet, besides they just brought out a new Kazaa in which i believe you pay a dollar a file or some jargen like that!

Well sonny , I meant it's faster because kazaa tends to slow down after time as sharers log off etc, torrent provides an immediate connection to people sharing that one file you want and therefore a greater and more reliable (yes, faster) chance of getting it.
