Thought I could use you guys help for my coursework.

How good do you think Oliver Stone's Born on the 4th of July is at showing a good representation of the Vietnam War and the Anti War Movement??

Stone's motives? his experience? how its biased? potrayal of police and politicians etc.

So what do you all think??

I am having a nervous breakdance
I don't know. It's not a documentary but a good depiction of it by someone who knows what he's talking about.

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.

All I know is that it is the most powerful anti-war film I've ever seen. A great movie.
