Name of 2012-2014 Horror Movie If I Remember Correctly

Trying to find the name of horror movie that came out somewhere between 2011 and 2014 if I remember correctly. From what I remember, it was produced by the makers of Saw. The story is about a writer, who has a priest or minister brother, but he does not believe in the things that his priest/minister brother does. The writer meets a woman who he falls for, but in reality she is a witch, and he does not know. He experiences things while with her, that make him change his mind about his beliefs, and he pens a book, based on his new beliefs,, then dies after. The closing scene shows the witch, attending church with the writers brother, and followers. All of them have demon faces under their skin that show thru smiling, showing that it was all part of the plan to reach the writers grand audience with his writings before his death. Was kind of B movie quality, but the premise of the movie was like, "whao...damn" at the end.
